I am interested in spaces and how to alter them into an experience. Be it a stage, a rooftop terrace, a corridor or a bookshop. I create narratives that can be experienced through the space. There is always something a little hidden, something a little off. My designs always appear a bit rough and a bit scratchy. I challenge the status of ‘how it has to be’ or ‘how it is expected’. You will never get something conforming, but I prefer when the nonconformity is subtle.
